(Hot) Kindle Promo at 99c
In case you have not gotten a copy yet, or in case you want to keep an eBook version, Mother of Red Mountains is having a Kindle Promo at 99c from June 20 to June 27.
This is the 2nd Printing, with an introduction to the name convention I use in the book. I want to thank my friends Roxanne, Steve, and Mia for pointing out the confusion in the names that started with the letter X. That prompted me to add an old Chinese norm of using a generation name for men.
I hope you are among the 2300+ readers so far. If you enjoy the book, please spread the word or leave a rating or review at the place you received your copy to help other readers find the book. That is one kind act you can help and encourage me as an indie author to produce more quality books.
As many of you know, I am not on this writing journey to make money or earn fame — fortunately, I have both already. I am just trying to tell my story so that we can all understand each other better.

The Calm (Force)
I harvested some lavender branches from my garden yesterday. It brought some emotions and memories.
I accidentally discovered Lavenders many years ago and have been in love with the creature. They might be one of the main reasons that one of my favorite colors is purple, all shades of it.
On this hot Summer Solstice day, it seems fitting to share its calming effect on me.
Do you have a lavender story to share?
