Summer Solstice
(Repost for 2024.06.20)
Thank you for describing me!
I hope you are enjoying the summer and the longest days of the year! And you are staying cool!
My year has been splendid so far! There is so much I enjoy doing and so much more to enjoy!
But first of all, I thank those of you who answered my two questions in May's newsletter (only some of you received both questions). Here is the summary, in case you are curious.
Q1. As a reader, do you prefer a historical novel or a memoir?
27 of you answered this question. Some of you had multiple answers.
Historical novel: 8/27
Memoir: 16/27
Any good book: 3/27
By the author I like: 3/27
Q2. What one word or phrase would you use to describe me?
24 of you answered this question. Very few overlapping descriptions. This is really eye-opening. I am so humbled!

And mark your calendar for the book launch party on 2024.07.19, Friday, 7-8 PM at Syracuse YMCA DWC, in person and on Zoom. There will be readings by some of the authors. All are welcome to attend! More details can be found at the book's website.
