Special Event:

We planned to fly to Las Vegas (connecting in Boston), pick up the van, travel around, return the van, and fly back.

My sister Jade picked us up from my home at 2:30 AM and dropped us off at the airport at 2:50 AM. After 3 delay announcements, which caused us to miss our connection in Boston, we were then rescheduled to leave at the same time the next day.

Van Life:

This is a good time to introduce the campervan we rented. At this moment, all we knew about this van was from the company website with descriptions and videos.

We rented a Solis Air model campervan from Indiecampers.com. Below is one picture from their website. Interested readers can visit these websites to see more pictures. In my future posts, you will see me in action with the van we rented.

Some highlights of the campervan:

• Two levels that can sleep 4 people. The “upstairs” is like a tent once popped up.

• Integrated bathroom with shower.

• Gas stove, fridge, dining table.
